Notes about assembly: It’s best if the two legs are loosely fastened to the axle that moves.  If the legs are tightened too much it will put too much friction on the gears and cause a slow down.  The metal foot components need to be added only one time.  Taking them off makes the wood to screw connections much looser and if you do take the feet off, use glue to reinforce the strength of the connections.

Other miscellaneous information: Solarobot seems to need a larger solar panel. Unless midday sun is shining directly at Solarobot, the toy is silent and unmoving.
