Notes about assembly: Assembly is not particularly hard, but some cars go backwards only (like the 6-in-1 cars).  Some go only forward (OWI-MSK671) and still others have real axles and drive shafts that enable turning and a bit of maneuvering (Tamiya solar car kit).

Other miscellaneous information: The Tamiya solar car kit has a very large solar panel that if removed can run several small motors and other items you may wish to try powering via the sun
